This allows us to validate your identity and setup a transfer request for your loan proceeds. This account will also be used for your monthly payments.

The application takes on average under 10 minutes. Once all documents have been provided, you can expect to be disbursed in under 2 weeks.
It takes 5 minutes to get a pre-qualification. Final approval is conditional on finishing the application and providing supporting documents.
Most complete the application in under 10 minutes, but you have 3 weeks to finalize it. If it is over 2 weeks, we will require you to start from scratch as data is constantly changing.

Eligibility
Artisan Endeavors offers loans on condos, single-family residences, townhouses, and newly constructed condominiums. The property can be an investment property or a second home. At this time, we are also lending on primary residences.
Artisan Endeavors lends to individuals whose subject properties are held solely or jointly, or by LLCs or corporate entity. We require that you or entity name appear in the county records as the owner of the property.
Artisan Endeavors uses powerful technology and Automated Valuation Model (AVM) appraisals to assess the value of your property. We factor in recent sales, public data records, and housing trends to factor your property’s worth and what we will lend on it.
Yes. However, you must demonstrate an ability to pay all loan payments and have sufficient reserves allocated for each real estate.
Yes, we will require hazard insurance for all properties and flood insurance for properties located in A or V flood zones. We will ask you to provide proof of insurance.
Digital Closing
Artisan Endeavors has implemented the newest technology to make your closing as simple as possible. Gone are the days of complicated meetings and having to fly to the US or visit a US embassy.
We are able to coordinate in person closings if you are in US or can travel to a US embassy in your home country.
Our eNotary will coordinate and connect with you via your computer. It is required to have a camera enabled device as it is a recorded video session. The eNotary will confirm your identity via your passport and ask you some knowledge based authentication questions. Then you will review your closing mortgage documents and electronically sign them. Finally, the eNotary will electronically notarize your documents.
Our closing happens all on your computer and can be completed in under 15 minutes.
Once you have been approved for your loan you will be given the option to schedule your loan closing via online calendar.
